Any breaking of these rules can result in bannation, suspention and/or de-ranking
depending on the rule.
These rules are subject to change with or without notice. It is your job to check
them for updates.
1. No flaming or spamming! Do not flame other Teams or members! This includes
in the other Team threads as well! Do not spam in their HQs either! The first time someone spams, they'll get a
warning. The second time, they're suspended for at least 4 hours. After that if they're caught spamming in HQ again
they'll be fired.
2. All Pokemon must be caught in a mission or RP.
3. All evolutions must be approved by an Admin or higher.
~You must keep track of how many mission, battles and days your Pokémon have had! We will keep track of what
Pokémon you own, but not their evo stats!~
4. All trades must be approved by an Exec or higher. Trading Legends and Mini-Legends is not allowed. Inter-Team
trading is not allowed unless you have both Leader's permission first. Trading with members of Aquos and Snagem is not
allowed.
5. In order to breed you must take your pokemon to the Leader, Co-Leader, or a Breeder and pay $1000 Pokedollors.
You cannot trade Pokemon eggs. You can only breed Pokemon that you own. This means that you cannot trade for a different Pokemon,
breed it, then trade back. If you are caught doing this you will be suspended for 3 days.
Bug, Flying, Normal, and Poison types take 4 days to hatch. Electric, Fire, Ghost, Grass, Ground, and Rock types
take 5 days to hatch. Dark, Fighting, Ice, Psychic, Water, and Steel types take 6 days to hatch. Dragon types take 7 days
to hatch. Mini-Legendary Basic Stages take 8 days to hatch. For Pokemon with two types, take the number of days for the first
type and add one day to it.
6. All inactive members will be kept track of on a list. If they are found to be active on Gaia but not in
the Team for a week, they'll be fired. All other inactive members will not be fired or demoted if they have a reason for their
absence. You should try to post in HQ at least 3 times a week to be active and to actually participate in some of the
events going on.
7. You cannot be in 2 Pokemon Teams or RPs. You can create one, but you will no longer be a member of Aqua.
8. Everyone under Officer must do 3 missions week or you will get demoted unless you have a good reason. Officers
and higher must make 2 missions a week and do 2 missions a week or you may get demoted unless you have good reason.
~For
now, because of school, this rule does not apply.~
9. All members must create a profile at the SF. Your profile must include your money, items, vehicles, pets and
character bio. Your character bio must include your race/species, unnatural and natural powers and pets. Everything else
is optional.
10. Make sure that whenever you obtain a new Pokémon, you PM Dots! Also state the page number of when you obtained
the Pokémon. Otherwise, your new Pokémon will not be added to the list here.
11. Legendaries. Leader, Co-Leader and Aqua Chieves each get their own set of Legendaries. The Admins and
Executives will split one set. Admins are allowed 3 Legendaries and Executives 1. Do not abuse them or you'll lose the
Legendary(ies) and will be demoted!
12. All posts should be RPed. An example of an RPed post would be: *Dots flies into the HQ* Hiya guys!

13. Most importantly, have fun!
Definition of Spam/Chatting
1. Sig requests, chatting about sigs and 'look at my sig' type posts are not allowed.
2. Advertising other threads or websites not directly related to Aqua is not allowed.
3. Single word posts such as hello, hi or bye are not permissible and are classified as spam.
4. Also LOL, ROFL and the likes by them selves are also spam.
5. Posting pictures that do not relate to the RP is also spam.
6. If your post contains no RP action in it then it is spam.
If you want to say something in HQ try to make it a coherent sentence. That means it clearly outlines a reasonable
thought. That thought should be related in some way to the Team.
Rank Powers
Leader: Can do anything.
Co-Leader: Can do anything, but not anything major without the Leader's permission first.
Aqua Chief: Same as Leader/Co-Leader, but cannot ban people without the Leader or Co-Leader's permission.
Admin: Can grade and make missions, sign people up, rank people up as high as Gold Aqua Diver, suspend for
up to 9 days, demote, approve evos, approve trades and create RPs.
Executive: Can grade and make missions, sign people up, rank people up to as high as Silver Aqua Diver,
suspend for up 5 days, create RPs and approve trades.
General: Can grade and make missions, sign people up, rank people to as high as Sea Captain and suspend
for up to 3 days.
Veteran: Can grade and make missions and can sign people up.
Officer: Can grade and make missions.
Tier 2 Ranks: Can grade missions.
Spam Hunters: These people make sure that Aqua is spam free. They may suspend people for up to a week for
spamming after one warning.
Mentors: These people are assigned to help different new members get accainted with the Team and learn
the rules. These people also answer any questions that the Mentees ask them about the Team.
Lab Helpers: These people create inventions and machines to help the Team. All inventions must be approved
by Dots.
Bio Lab Helpers: These people create Bio Pokemon.
Hunter: These people can catch any Basic or 1st Stage Pokemon for you at a price.
Breeder: These people can breed Pokemon and tell when their eggs are hatching.
Smeargle Art Gallery: These people are in charge of the weekly Smeargle Art Shows.
Certified Refs: These people can ref battles.
Honorary Members: These people are members of other Teams but are good friends to Aqua. They may partake
in Aqua's different contests.
Pokemon Obtainable By Rank
Leader, Co-Leader and Aqua Chief: All Pokémon are allowed, each get their own complete
set of all Legends.
Admin: All Pokémon are allowed and may have 3 legendaries.
Executive: All Pokémon are allowed and may have 1 legendary.
Tier 2 Ranks: All Pokémon are allowed, no Legends.
Tier 3 Ranks: No Legends or Mini-Legends, all other Pokemon are allowed.
Tier 4 Ranks: No Legends, Mini-Legends or 2nd Stage evos, all other Pokemon are allowed.
Tier 5 Ranks: No Legends, Mini-Legends, 2nd or 1st Stage evos, all other Pokemon are
allowed.
***Note: Mini-Legendaries include Dragonite, Tyranitar, Metagross, Salamence,
Snorlax, Slaking and Lapras.
You are not allowed to catch or own Pokémon that are restricted to your rank. If you
do, the Pokémon will be released, thus you won't be getting it back.
*You may notice that some people have Pokémon being held that are not allowed at their current rank. This
is because when this rule was made they already had those Pokémon and it wouldn't be fair to them if they had to release them.*
RP Character Rules
1. You may have up to five diff races for your character's race/species. This must
be listed in your profile.
2. Human does not need to be part of your characters race/species, but your character must have a human body structure.
This means you can't have a dog's body structure, for example, thus you can't be 100% dog(How'd you be able to catch
Pokemon as a dog anyways? xD). This doesn't mean you can't have wings, extra ears, a tail, etc. It simply means you can't
be something that doesn't look like a human, like a dog.
3. You may have up to 5 unnatural powers which must be listed in your profile at the support forums!
4. You cannot change your race/species or powers without Dots' permission first. You must also have a good reason
for wanting to do so.
5. You may have as many natural powers as your race/species allows.
6. Godmodding will not be tolerated! If you godmod using your powers they will be taken away and
not returned. This includes pets as well! If you godmod using your pets, they will be taken away and you will not be allowed to
have pets anymore. Pets must also be listed in your profile.
7. Any powers that can be considered godmodding are not allowed! Such as invincibility. Any powers that are considered
godmodding will be taken away and the user informed.
8. You may have as many pets as you want but please keep it reasonable. Such as, you cannot have 1000 koopas
as pets or 100 diff kinds of pets.
8. You may not have summon monsters as pets or any strong monster.
9. If you do not list your race/species, powers, and/or pets, then you do not have them until you do.
Vehicle Rules
Everyone is allowed up to four personal vehicles. Bicycles(standard, Mach, Acro,
and Aqua) and Organoids do not count towards this. All vehicles must be purchased from the Auto-Shop located in
the SF.
However, there is a way to obtain more then four vehicles. You may
purchase an extra slot for a vehicle at the Auto-Shop, allowing you to own more then four. Each extra slot allows one extra
vehicle. You can only have up to two extra slots, allowing you to own up to six vehicles total.
The Team's vehicles may be borrowed. All borrowed vehicles must be returned to the shop
by 11pmEST and the Team's cannot be borrowed until 11amEST.
You may not trade, borrow, buy, or sell your vehicles with other members.
Any damage down to a vehicle, yours or the Team's, can be repaired at the shop for
a price. You can also get custom paint jobs, upgrades(if available), etc. done at the shop. Keep in mind that this will cost
extra.
Some vehicles have Tier restrictions; mostly Zoids. Most vehicles are not available to Tier
4 ranks.
Battle Rules
These rules are in regards to battling in Team Aqua, etc.
Basic Rules: All battles must have a certified ref in order for them to
count towards evo. (Battles held on AIM or any other instant messenger do NOT count towards evo! The battle must take place
in either our's or another Team's HQ for it to count!) For more info on how to become a ref, check out the 'Ref Certification'
board in the SF. The ref will state the battle rules. (If there will be a time limit, restricted
attacks, etc.)
Once you give the ref your battle stats(Pokémon, ability, held item, moveset(if
you're using them), whatever the ref asks for.), he or she will post the attacking order(which Pokémon will attack first and
whatnot) along with the HP of the Pokémon. Then, depending on who will be attacking first, one
of the battlers will call out an attack and then the next person in line battling will state an attack. You then
wait for the ref to post that turn's results.
You keep following this cylce until the battle is over. You cannot dodge
attacks during battle. (Ex: Mudkip! Dodge Plusle's Thunderbolt, then attack with Hydro Pump!)
I think that's basically all there is to it for battling.
Attacks: You may use any attack your Pokemon can learn and this is not
limited to only four in battle unless you're using a moveset. This means Learned Moves, TM and HM Moves, Egg Moves, and Tutor
Moves.
Levels, EXP, IVs, EVs, etc.: We do not use levels, thus there is no EXP earned. Also IVs and EVs are not
used, we use a Pokemon's Base or Max stats in battle.
Reffing: If you have a problem with the ref job a referee did, unfair reffing, etc., for a battle of
yours, or someone else's, please talk about with Dots or Torch and they will help to sort out your problem.
Battles With Other Team Members: All Pokemon are allowed for use, but use Legendaries with discretion. This
means, dont battle a low ranked member of another Team using Legendaries or Mini-Legendaries.
Battle Rules: The rules for a battle are determined by the referee. Each referee has their own set of rules
and ref different ways.
Legendaries: Do not use them against anyone in Tier 4 as that wouldnt be fair since they cannot have
evolved Pokemon. Also, use them with discretion against people in Tier 3. Since Tier 2 and up can have stronger Pokemon,
the use of legendaries is acceptable against them. Please only use 1 Legendary to a team when you battle unless your oppenent
agrees to use more then 1.
Mini-Legendaries: Same as the Legendaries.
Team RPs
You may RP with our allied Teams whenever you like. Here are the rules for participating in
their RPs. Yeah, there's only one so far. XD
Our current allies: We currently do not have any alliances. Although, you may still
RP with Snag'em. Other smaller Teams you may RP with, but please ask me for permission before you do so. (If
an acceptable Magma, Cipher, and/or Rocket do come to Gaia, I will announce it.)
1. You may not capture Mini-Legends or 2nd Stage Evos.
